At the invitation of the Beihai Government, from April 13 to 16, 2025, Ben Shenglin, President of Beijing Frontier Institute of Regulation and Supervision Technology , and QU Qingchao, Chief Expert of Beijing Frontier Institute ofRegulation and Supervision Technology ，National Committee Member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Dean of the China Market Entity Research Institute at Capital University of Economics and Business, led the ZIBS "China-ASEAN" Industry-Education Integration Research Delegation on a specialized research in Beihai City, Guangxi.
