On June 20, 2025, at the ​​Launch Ceremony of the HICOOL 2025 Global Entrepreneurship Competition · Xicheng Sub-competition​​, the ​Beijing National Financial Technology Certification Center​, the ​​Beijing Frontier Institute of Regulation and Supervision Technology (FIRST)​​, and the ​​Asian Institute of Digital Finance, National University of Singapore (AIDF)​​ signed a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This agreement formally initiates the ​​"International Certification Cooperation Program for Certified FinTech Professionals"​​, aiming to enhance the professional competence and international competitiveness of FinTech talents, and cultivate more high-caliber professionals in the FinTech field.
