Notice on the Solicitation of Financial Application Cases of
Interactive Risk Control Technology
In recent years, China has made continuous efforts to crack down on and manage fraud risks such as telecom and online fraud, achieving remarkable results. However, with the continuous advancement of digitization, new frauds and risks exhibit a tendency towards cross-platform communication, more covert forms, and increasingly intricate means, thereby augmenting the complexity associated with financial risk identification.
Traditional financial risk prevention and control methods are directly based on big data to identify risks, which are then disposed of according to risk prevention and control strategies. Interactive risk control uses a variety of new intelligent interaction technologies and algorithms to further identify risks in the interaction with users, realizing active risk interception or real-time adjustment of risk levels. It makes risk prevention and control more effective and accurate.
In order to promote the innovative application of interactive risk control technology and development of the industrial ecosystem, the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), one of the three major standardization organizations in the world, has officially approved the first international standard for interactive intelligent risk control technology—Technical Capabilities of Interactive Fraud Detection. This is the world’s first international standard for interactive risk control technology, marking the recognition of interactive risk control technology by the international community.
