During the Ministerial Meeting of the CASCF, Blake Zhang, Executive Chairman of Beijing Frontier Institute of Regulation and Supervision Technology (FIRST), Chairman and CEO of Blake Capital Group, met with Hamad Al Mazrouei, Chairman of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Academy and CEO of ADGM Registration Authority in Beijing. They discussed opportunities for China-Arab cooperation in the fields of industry and educational training.

Hamad Al Mazrouei introduced that the ADGM Academy is a sovereign financial free zone located in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates. It was established in 2015 with three independent institutions—the ADGM Registration Authority, the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) and the School of Law.

Blake Zhang introduced the foundation and ability of FIRST and the Global FinTech Hub Network in industrial research and talent cultivation for overseas funds and Chinese enterprises to settle in local industrial parks in the United Arab Emirates.
