        Abstract: This report begins with an analysis of DeepSeek's technological breakthroughs, elucidating the catalytic role of ​reinforcement learning (RL) in driving ​cognitive leaps within AI models. Building on this foundation, we propose the ​**"dual-helix intelligence evolution"** framework, which posits that ​large language models (LLMs) serve as the ​cognitive foundation, while ​AI agents operationalize ​value-driven closed loops. This synergistic co-evolution is explored as a transformative force for educational paradigms, bridging advanced AI capabilities with pedagogical innovation.

        To illustrate these concepts, we present the groundbreaking implementation of the ​"ZJU Agent + DeepSeek + CARSI"** ecosystem in higher education settings. Through vivid case studies, this integration demonstrates how AI-powered teaching assistants, research collaborators, and administrative tools are reshaping campus life. By enabling ​ubiquitous AI integration and fostering ​universal AI literacy, the initiative unveils a future where "AI permeates every learning space, and every individual masters AI".
