Abstract: This report begins with an analysis of DeepSeek's technological breakthroughs, elucidating the catalytic role of reinforcement learning (RL) in driving cognitive leaps within AI models. Building on this foundation, we propose the **"dual-helix intelligence evolution"** framework, which posits that large language models (LLMs) serve as the cognitive foundation, while AI agents operationalize value-driven closed loops. This synergistic co-evolution is explored as a transformative force for educational paradigms, bridging advanced AI capabilities with pedagogical innovation.
To illustrate these concepts, we present the groundbreaking implementation of the "ZJU Agent + DeepSeek + CARSI"** ecosystem in higher education settings. Through vivid case studies, this integration demonstrates how AI-powered teaching assistants, research collaborators, and administrative tools are reshaping campus life. By enabling ubiquitous AI integration and fostering universal AI literacy, the initiative unveils a future where "AI permeates every learning space, and every individual masters AI".
