In September of the previous year, the Beijing Frontier Institute of Regulation and Supervision Technology (FIRST) officially announced its establishment at the China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS). On September 3, 2021, FIRST reappeared at the 2021 CIFTIS with two major achievements and a roundtable dialogue.

On September 2, 2021, as the largest trade fair in the global trade in services sector, CIFTIS was held once again, as scheduled. That evening, President Xi Jinping delivered a speech at the Global Trade in Services Summit of the CIFTIS, announcing significant measures for the further opening and innovative development of China’s service industry.
