On November 18th, the Sixth Council's First Meeting of the China Overseas Friendship Association (COFA）was held in Beijing. Dr. Ben Shenglin, the president of Beijing Frontier Institute of Regulation and Supervision Technology (FIRST) and Dean of Zhejiang University International Business School (ZIBS), was re-elected as an Executive Council Member of the China Overseas Friendship Association (COFA) and Vice President of the Zhejiang Overseas Friendship Association (ZOFA).
