Abstract:
This report systematically analyzes how artificial intelligence technology reshapes the methodology and practical path of scientific research and engineering innovation. It focuses on the new paradigm of scientific discovery enabled by AI, including high-throughput screening in materials science, protein structure prediction in the biomedical field, and accurate prediction in climate simulation. Through typical case analysis, it shows how artificial intelligence can accelerate the scientific research cycle, reduce experimental costs, and mine hidden laws in massive data. Finally, the concept of "human-machine collaborative innovation" is proposed as the core model of future scientific research work, emphasizing the combination of scientists' professional knowledge and AI computing power to form a collaborative mechanism of "humans raise questions, define boundaries, and AI explores solution space" to jointly respond to major scientific challenges and engineering problems facing mankind.
