On June 30, 2025, the Transition Conference of the Beijing Xicheng District Advisory Council convened. At the conference, Ben Shenglin, president of the Beijing Frontier Institute of Regulation and Supervision Technology (FIRST), was appointed an expert of the Committee for Developing New Quality Productive Forces.
