Recently, the 4th Session of the 13th CPPCC Zhejiang Provincial Committee concluded in Hangzhou. Ben Shenglin,  President of FIRST, Dean of ZIBS and Vice Director of the Provincial CPPCC Economic Committee, participated with a focus on the future of Zhejiang entrepreneurs, international talent development, macro-economic shifts, technology innovation and so on.
