On March 23, 2026, Professor Shenglin Ben, President of FIRST, was invited to attend the Milken Institute 2026 Global Investors Summit held in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. He participated in the high-level roundtable dialogue "China Next: A Blueprint for the New Economic Era" and shared perspectives on China’s 15th Five-Year Plan and economic transformation.
