2021 Bank Competitiveness Rating Result Unveiled: CTBC Bank, Cathay United Bank, and King's Town Bank Rank Top 3

To enhance the operational quality of the domestic financial industry and strengthen its international competitiveness, the National Taiwan University's banking evaluation team has accumulated more than 20 years' experience in conducting evaluation and publishing results since 1999. Through the publication of the evaluation results, besides giving full play to the function of market mechanism, it also encourages financial institutions to improve their service quality. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021 bank rating result was announced online yesterday at the Academy of Promoting Economic Legislation.
