Global FinTech Hub Network

           The FinTech Conference 2024 was held as a parallel forum of the Annual Conference of Financial Street Forum from October 18 to October 22.

           On the morning of October 20, the Annual Conference of the Global FinTech Hub Network 2024—Dialogue on Digital Finance: Two-way Opening Up and Global Governance undertaken by the Beijing Frontier Institute of Regulation and Supervision Technology (FIRST) kicked off at the Beijing FinTech Hub. This marks the fourth consecutive year that FIRST has held an international exchange event at the FinTech Conference of Financial Street Forum.

           The event involved a wide range of international participants, with the most international guests attending onsite in Beijing compared to previous events. At the event, the Global FinTech Hub Report 2024 and the Excellence Cases for International Financial Standard Application in 2024 were released. Additionally, FIRST worked with Zhejiang University International Business School (ZIBS) to conduct a mobile classroom practice focused on cultivating international fintech talent.

The event was presided over by Ben Shenglin, President of FIRST and Dean of ZIBS.
